a very pleasant experience
clean room comfortable bed ample parking
The room was impeccably clean. the bed offered really good comfort. breakfast service included various juices, fresh fruit, cereals, and yogurts. i particularly enjoyed the full english breakfast each morning. the hostess, joanne, provided recommendations for local coffee shops, restaurants, and attractions. ample parking was available directly outside the hotel. That was very helpful.
the wi-fi signal wasn't consistent throughout the building. this proved somewhat inconvenient for streaming content.

The hotel is situated approximately 10 minutes from the seafront. roadside parking availability made access straightforward. the area presented a generally quiet atmosphere. This allowed for restful evenings.

Acceptable stay overall
cooked breakfast clean room weak wi-fi no smart tv
The breakfast was very good. It included a cooked option and plenty of toast. The host seemed cute . The room was large. It was also very clean upon arrival.
The Wi-Fi signal was not strong. It was difficult to use the internet. There was no Smart TV in the room. This limited our entertainment options during the evenings.

joanne, the owner, is friendly. the accommodation is very clean. our family room featured modern decor with comfortable beds and a power shower. breakfast included perfectly cooked, hot food.
the wi-fi signal was a little weak in some areas of the hotel. it was a minor inconvenience.
